New Construction Quincy MA at Patriot Lane is a new private cul-de-sac of 4 new Custom Colonial Homes.
Located off High Street near the Braintree line and minutes from highways, the T Station and Downtown.
Numbers 12 & 18 the first two to be built. The have approximately 2800-3000 square feet of living space which does not include a full walk out basement that could be and is ready for finishing.
